1 Year Guarantee
All sales are considered initiated, transacted and finalized in Randolph
County Missouri. All puppies will be examined by a licensed Veterinarian
prior to delivery. All expenses incurred medical or otherwise, are the
responsibility of the buyer. Shipping expenses are never refunded.
Buyers Responsibilities
Have puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 48 hours of
delivery.
It will be the buyer's responsibility if the puppy develops an upper
respiratory infection, pneumonia or hyperglycemia [sugar shock]. Please
discus prevention with your Veterinarian.
Provide puppy with routine preventive care, such as but not limited to ;
Annual physical examinations by a licensed Veterinarian.
Follow Veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations & de-worming. All puppies
have had vaccinations & worming [copy included] these are not always
100% protection. No guarantee on these, you must use follow up
treatments.
Buyer will assume all responsibility & risks of spaying, neutering, or
breeding.
For the first 12 months, Please use a good quality puppy food. We use and recommend Purina Puppy Chow Not
following these will void your guarantee.
Breeder's Responsibilities;
If within the first 48 hours your Veterinarian identifies a "health issue"
which clearly the puppy obtained at our facility,Upon return of said puppy, with proper documentation,breeder will
replace puppy with another of equal value as soon as one becomes available or within 90 days. Buyer must return
original puppy, with a written report from a State Licensed Veterinarian & registration papers, to the breeder within
48 hours of notifying the breeder.
If within the first year of a qualified Veterinarian identifies a genetic
disorder to be serious enough to warrant euthanaization of the dog, the
report needs to be sent to the breeder immediately. The breeder will have
a licensed Veterinarian interpret the report. If the breeders Vet concurs,
breeder will replace puppy, upon proof of euthanaization and
return of the dog's registration papers.
There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors
or care of the puppy by the buyer i.e.; starvation, hyperglycemia, allergies,
thyroid, demodectic mange and other autoimmune disorders that are not
covered by this guarantee.
The breeder guarantees a healthy companion pet, but does not guarantee
adult size, color, and temperament. Nor does breeder guarantee fitness
for breeding.
All hernias navel & inguinal will be repaired before leaving if found by my Vet.
Hernia repairs do not warrant return of money, [even if puppy is intended
to be used for breeding] as it is not a life threatening & in no way interferes
with the life of the puppy.
We hope that you will enjoy your new pet for years to come. We have taken steps to ensure that your new pet is
healthy.
Please read and understand our contract prior to purchasing your new puppy.
1. The purchaser must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within two (2) business days of the
purchase/puppies arrival.
2. If the examination indicates that at the time of sale, such animal was unfit for purchase due to illness or disease,
you may
return the pet at your expense to the breeder for an exchange of equivalent value.
3. If within one (1) year from the date of birth, a dog is found and certified by a licensed veterinarian to have
congenital or
hereditary disorders which adversely affect the health and longevity of the animal, and if Breeder and Breeders
veterinarian
is notified within two (2) business days of the veterinarian’s determination, the breeder will provide a replacement
puppy of
equivalent value. However, the Breeder will not be responsible for veterinarian fees, costs or shipping cost.
4. There is no guarantee or warranty that the purchaser will be able to show or breed the pet.
5. In the event of any litigation in connection with this Guarantee, Breeder will be paid reasonable attorney fees by
the
purchaser. Venue and jurisdiction for litigation arising out of or related to this contract shall lie exclusively in
Breeders County
and State.
Registration papers for all registered puppies will be sent by regular mail. If the papers are lost, the purchaser is
responsible
for the cost of obtaining new papers. However, we will assist you by providing a copy of these papers. It can take up
to 90 days to replace lost registration papers.
1. Limitations of Guarantee:
This guarantee is non-transferable. The dog must be in good physical condition. No replacement will be given if the
female
has been bred. No replacement will be given if breeds that are known to be prone to hip dysplasia are over weight or
over
exercised. No replacement if the registration application form has expired. You must follow the Breeder recommended
nutritional program, including recommended dog food and vitamin supplement listed on your Puppy Instruction Form
included in your packet. Cherry eyes will not be covered on bulldogs. All dogs must not be over exercised during
their growth
period. Over exercising is as follows: running with the dog or jumping the dog. All the above mentioned conditions
must be
met or all guarantees above mentioned will be void. All laboratory verification must be done by a licensed
veterinarian. The
owner is responsible for transportation costs to and from the Seller. Seller is not responsible for any and all
veterinarian
expenses accumulated on returned or replaced dog or puppy. Seller sells pets for companion purposes only.
I, the purchaser of a puppy from said Breeder hereby acknowledge that I have received a copy of this document as
well as
described herein pertaining to my pet’s health inspection signed by a licensed veterinarian. Further, I accept the
terms and
conditions of the guarantee for congenital or hereditary disorders printed in this document, and I waive and
relinquish any
and all other rights that I might otherwise have in the event of such occurrence. The purchaser acknowledges that
he or she
has read, understands and agrees to the terms of this document.
This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.
